What began nine years ago as a tribute to Prince Michael “Uzil” Atobatele has grown into a tradition that continues to bring people together through football, fellowship, and a shared commitment to community.

This year’s tournament was particularly special, as it marked what would have been Uzii’s 30th birthday. The event was a testament to how his spirit lives on, motivating young athletes to chase their dreams and reminding us all of the profound impact one person’s passion can have on the world.

On June 23, 2023, the Prince Michael Atobatele Foundation (PMAF) celebrated the 7th edition of its Annual Football Competition in memory of Prince Michael Atobatele, who would have turned 29 this year. The event was a vibrant tribute to his legacy, bringing together youths for a day of soccer, camaraderie, and inspiration.

The Prince Michael Atobatele Foundation (PMAF) proudly presented its 6th Annual Football Competition on June 23, 2022, in celebration of Prince Michael Atobatele’s birthday. This event, held at the Viscum School Field in Ikeja, Lagos, is a vibrant and lively gathering that brings together youths from various communities to compete in a spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie.

In celebration of Prince Michael Atobatele’s posthumous birthday, the 5th edition of the PMAF Football Competition brought together young athletes to honor his memory through sports.
